You complete checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
You receive a receipt by email immediately, showing the product purchased and the amount charged.
A second email delivers your access — a login to the member area, or a direct download link for files.
Access to purchased courses and downloads does not expire. You can re-download at any time from your account.
For services, work begins on the start date agreed in writing, and you receive scheduled progress reports for the duration of the engagement.

These terms govern your purchase and use of products and services from Cognitive Engineering Media LLC ("we", "us"). By buying from us you agree to them.
What you are buying
Digital products are licensed to you for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share your access credentials. Services are performed under the scope agreed in writing before work begins.
Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card data. One-time purchases are charged in full at checkout. Recurring service retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid period.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Sharing access to paid material may result in the account being closed without refund.
No guarantee of results
Our courses and services are educational and professional in nature. Results depend on your market, your offer, and your own execution. We do not promise or guarantee any specific revenue, growth, ranking, or outcome.
Intellectual property
All course content, audio, video, written material, and templates remain the property of Cognitive Engineering Media LLC. Deliverables produced for a client under a services agreement transfer to that client on full payment.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here on the date of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
Refund Policy

Digital products and online courses
If a purchase is not right for you, write to contacto@cognitivemedia.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or redistribution of the material.
Services
Because services are booked and staffed in advance, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If you cancel before work has started, any amount paid is refunded in full. Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current paid period; the current period is not prorated.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us and any duplicate or incorrect charge will be refunded in full immediately, outside of any time limit.
Before you dispute
Please write to us first. Almost every issue — a missing access email, a wrong product, an unexpected charge — is resolved the same day, and it is faster than filing a dispute with your bank.

What we collect
Your name, email address, and country when you buy or subscribe. Billing details are collected and held by Stripe, our payment processor — we receive only the last four digits of the card and the transaction status. We also collect basic analytics about how this site is used.
Why we collect it
To deliver what you bought, provide support, issue receipts and refunds, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and — if you have opted in — send you email about our products.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to run the business: our payment processor (Stripe), our email and course hosting platforms, and our accountants. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Cookies
We use cookies for essential site function, for analytics, and for advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; essential ones are required for checkout to work.
Your rights
Write to contacto@cognitivemedia.com to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to unsubscribe from marketing email. We respond within 30 days. Every marketing email also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Retention
Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Marketing contact details are deleted on request.
Children
Our products are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
